Cycle Classes are FREE and for all levels. This is a great bike-based, Instructor-led workout Cycle Reservations must be made at the front desk up to 2 days in advance. You may not reserve for 2 consecutive classes on the same day, although you can be placed on the wait list for the second class. Check-in is up to 1 hour prior to class at the front desk set up your bike and enjoy a great workout If you do not claim your bike pass 5 min before the start time your bike may be given to waiting members. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It is based on tabatas with a ratio of 20 seconds of intense exercise to 10 seconds of recovery. HIIT is a full body workout and is designed to burn maximum calories with fat burning results. This class will consist of several different types of equipment and while it will push your fitness level to new heights, it can also be modified for all participants.
