What is Body Jam? Body Jam is a fun dance-based class offering an excellent cardio workout. It focuses on all types of dance, such as Latin, jazz and African with an emphasis on hip-hop.
When was Body Jam first introduced? The Body Jam class was first offered in select Gold’s Gyms this past March and is being rolled out throughout the country and will soon be offered nationwide.
