I began my fitness lifestyle when I was a sophomore in high school and never looked back. I captained the school’s competitive fitness team and ran cross country for 2 years. Ever since, I have shared my enthusiasm for fitness with everyone around me. Starting a career in personal training seemed an obvious choice and I have loved every minute of it. My hope is to have a positive impact on everyone I come into contact with, improving their lives through building a more fit and healthy mindset.
