For the past 9 years, physical fitness has allowed me to reach personal goals (e.g., Syracuse 70.3 Half Ironman, GoRuck Challenge) and enabled me to help others to do the same. In addition, after serving multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, I have experienced firsthand that physical fitness can save your life. Over the past 4 years as a personal trainer, I have helped clients lose over 90 lbs, trained runners to set new personal records, and have prepared soldiers physically for the constant combat operations they would face down range.
