I grew up an athlete, but after H.S. I rarely exercised, and nutrition confused me! After 3 years in HR, at 25, I decided to return to school to pursue my love of my fitness. I understand the 9-5 life, and how to incorporate health and wellness into that schedule. I have also competed in powerlifting, setting 2 world records in the 100% Raw federation. Fitness is a lifestyle, and encompasses strength, endurance, flexibility and nutrition & I strive to better my clients in all areas!
