HIIT Fitness uses a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. It will speed your metabolism for up to 48 hours after a complete HIIT workout.
Super-efficient HIIT Express is an excellent workout for a busy schedule. The 30-minute class is easy to squeeze in your schedule. The HIIT Express workout alternates between intense bursts of activities, such as bag work and body weight training, and short periods of body recovery. It is guaranteed to burn fat, build muscle, and increase your endurance with no wasted time and no boredom.
The 4 week sessions will begin on Wednesday April 2 and will end Friday, April 25. Each session consists of 2 classes per week for 4 weeks (8 workouts).Deadline to sign up is Monday, March 31. Times and fees are:
