This class is the ultimate for the cross trainer. We will challenge your agility, speed, strength and endurance. This class uses weights, bands, tubes, and bodybars, etc., along with your own body weight to tone/strengthen all major muscle groups, including abdominals. Various individual and/or group stations will take your training to a new dimension; you will never be stuck in a rut with this athletic challenge.
